One-to-one Consultations

Initial consultation: £95 (75 minutes)

Prior to your initial consultation, you will be asked to complete a 7-day diet diary and a health questionnaire. During the consultation, we will use these as a basis for discussing your main health concerns and current symptoms in order to get a full picture of your health. We will then agree a personalised nutritional plan, which will include diet and lifestyle changes as well as supplements where appropriate.

Follow-up consultation(s): £60 (45 minutes)

A follow-up appointment is recommended roughly 4-6 weeks after your initial consultation in order to review your progress and make changes to your plan if necessary. Further follow-up consultations can be arranged as required.

Please call 07925 203041 or email if you'd like to make an appointment.

Nutritional Information & Menu Analysis

As a nation we are increasingly concerned about our health and wellbeing and the 'hidden' contents of the food we eat, particular with regards to calories, fat, sugar and salt. Consumers are now very used to nutritional information being provided on labels for the food-products they purchase and to the 'traffic-light' system which has been adopted by most major retailers and manufacturers in order for consumers to see macro-nutrient information at a glance. As a result of this, customers in restaurants are also increasingly demanding to see the same information about the food they are consuming when eating out.

If you are a restaurant owner and would like to provide your customers with nutritional information, I can provide you with a personalised analysis of your menu and equip you with a full break-down of the macro-nutrient data for each of your meals. I can also provide you with details of micro-nutrient content (e.g. iron, zinc, magnesium, calcium, etc.) so that you can highlight the health benefits that your customers might enjoy if they choose certain items. I can then work with you to make small creative changes to your menu that might increase the nutrient value of your meals and better meet the needs and demands of your customers.
